Working Principle
The internal UV sensing tube receives ultraviolet ray generated by fuel combustion, converts optical signal into electrical signal; after signal amplification and processing, judge flame state and output corresponding control signal to external control system.

Installation Requirements
- Install the probe at the position facing the flame center, ensure unobstructed optical path.

- Signal wiring uses shielded cable, separate from power cable to avoid interference.
- The probe head shall not be in direct contact with flame and high temperature flue gas for a long time.
Usage Notes
- Keep the quartz lens clean regularly, remove dust and carbon deposition.
- Do not scratch or collide the lens to avoid affecting detection effect.
- Check wiring tightness and shielding layer integrity periodically.
- Replace the UV tube regularly according to service life requirements.
