Product Short Description
Product Introduction
This module is a dedicated bottom-layer baseplate terminal assembly exclusively designed for Alstom heavy-duty steam/gas turbine TRVC series distributed control systems, serving as the physical wiring interface between upper-layer control I/O modules and on-site turbine field sensors and actuators. The Bottom version is installed at the lowest layer of the turbine control rack, integrating multi-channel signal wiring terminals, internal bus conductive copper busbars, signal filtering circuits and lightning surge protection components.
Description
Core Technical Specifications & Performance Parameters

- Continuous operating ambient temperature: -10℃ ~ +60℃
- Relative humidity range for operation and storage: 10%RH ~ 90%RH non-condensing
- Shock resistance: 20 g half-sine pulse impact for 11 ms; vibration resistance: 3 g RMS random vibration from 5 Hz to 500 Hz
- Protection grade: IP20 for front panel, only suitable for installation inside fully sealed turbine control electrical cabinets
Function & Feature Highlights
- Specialized bottom-layer integrated terminal baseplate design for Alstom TRVC turbine control racks, centralizing all on-site turbine field signal wiring points to realize unified wiring management, greatly simplifying on-site wiring construction and later equipment maintenance and troubleshooting work
- Four independent partitioned signal wiring areas with physical isolation baffles between different signal types, realizing spatial separation of analog weak current signals and digital strong current signals to eliminate cross-channel electromagnetic crosstalk interference inside the rack
- Each signal channel integrates independent RC low-pass noise filter and gas discharge tube lightning surge protection component; all field signals complete anti-interference filtering and overvoltage surge protection processing on this bottom baseplate before entering upper control modules, effectively reducing the fault damage rate of expensive upper-layer turbine control I/O modules caused by on-site lightning strikes and grid voltage surges
- Thick solid copper internal conductive busbars with full gold-plated surface anti-oxidation treatment; stable low-resistance electrical connection between all wiring terminals and upper I/O modules, avoiding signal measurement drift and control action failure caused by contact resistance increase after long-term rack operation
- Standard 19-inch rack fixed installation structure matched with Alstom TRVC series turbine control system dedicated electrical cabinets; multiple sets of NRD series bottom baseplates can be installed in parallel on the same rack to expand the total number of field signal wiring channels according to the actual I/O quantity of different power plant turbine units
- Front panel equipped with clear silk-screen printed channel number labels, signal type identification marks and wiring sequence standard diagrams; maintenance personnel can quickly find the corresponding channel terminal according to the turbine control system wiring drawing without repeated disassembly and inspection of internal rack components
