Working Principle

Low-voltage control pulse signals from the main control unit enter the module. After isolation, shaping and power amplification, standard drive signals are output to the gate pole of IGBT devices. The real-time monitoring circuit collects device current and temperature signals. Once abnormal states are detected, the module immediately blocks drive signals and outputs fault alarm signals to protect power devices.
