Working Principle
Universal analog input channels receive raw measurement signals from temperature transmitters, thermocouples, RTDs or flow/pressure transducers. Onboard high-resolution ADC converts analog sensor signals to digital values; digital processor executes PID control calculations and compares measured process value against user-set target setpoint. Calculated control output signal triggers internal relay outputs to actuate heating/cooling valves, motor contactors or solenoid actuators. All measured process values are continuously time-stamped and stored to internal flash memory for trend visualization and historical data export.
Advantage Highlights
- Dual functionality of process control and data recording reduces required cabinet hardware count
- Universal analog input design eliminates separate signal conditioner modules for mixed sensor types
- Wide universal AC power input compatible with global industrial facility power grids
- Compact square panel form factor fits standard industrial control cabinet cutout specifications
- IP54 front panel sealing permits installation in light splash factory workshop environments
