Installation Requirements

  1. Process cabinet door cutout strictly according to 136 × 78 mm dimension, cutout edge burrs fully polished smooth to avoid damaging sealing gasket
  2. Install four rear mounting clamps evenly, tighten thumb screws to torque 0.7 Nm ±0.2 Nm to maintain uniform sealing pressure around front panel
  3. Cabinet door mounting surface flatness error ≤1 mm overall, surface roughness Ra <1.6 μm to guarantee IP65 sealing performance
