Working Principle:
The module collects digital switching signals from on-site travel switches, proximity switches and other sensors through the input circuit, transmits the signals to the internal logic unit for processing. According to the control program and upper computer commands, the internal drive circuit outputs digital switching signals to control contactors, solenoid valves and other actuators. The built-in protection circuit will cut off the faulty channel immediately when output overload or short circuit occurs.

Installation Requirements:
- Fixed installation on 35 mm standard DIN rail in sealed industrial control cabinet
- The module shall be installed vertically, and the heat dissipation grooves shall not be blocked
- Power lines and signal lines shall be routed in separate wire ducts
- The cabinet grounding system must be complete and reliable
- Leave a gap of ≥ 10 mm between the top and bottom of the module and other components
Usage Notes:
- Strictly follow the rated load parameters, do not connect over-load equipment to output channels
- Avoid using in environments with flammable gas and explosive dust
- Check the tightness of terminal connections and dust removal every 4 months
- Do not expose the module to direct sunlight and strong hot air blowing
- When hot swapping, follow the official operation steps of B&R system
