    • It is equipped with optical isolation between channels. The isolation voltage reaches 500 VDC, which can effectively prevent electromagnetic interference between different channels and external electrical noise from affecting the stability of output signals.
  • Physical Specifications
    • It adopts a modular structure design. Its overall size is consistent with the standard slot size of Triconex system racks. It can be directly inserted into the corresponding slot of the Triconex rack for installation without additional adapter parts.
    • The module weighs about 0.3 kilograms. The lightweight design reduces the overall load of the rack and facilitates the disassembly and assembly operations during installation and maintenance.

    • The operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C, which can adapt to the harsh temperature environment of industrial sites such as outdoor oil and gas stations and indoor high – temperature chemical workshops.
    • It can work normally in an environment with a relative humidity of 5% to 95% without condensation. It can resist the humid environment of coastal industrial areas and water treatment plants without affecting the performance of internal components.

When faults such as line disconnection and load short circuit occur, it can send fault signals to the upper system immediately.
    • The modular plug – in design supports hot – swapping. Maintenance personnel can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the entire production system, which shortens the maintenance time and reduces production losses caused by shutdown.
