The frequency measurement range is 1.16×10^-3 Hz to 2.5 MHz, and the period/pulse width measurement range is 400 ns to 8.5899×10^6 s (32 – bit floating – point number) or 400 ns to 858 s (32 – bit unsigned integer).
- Diverse Generation Functions: It has functions such as pulse sequence/square – wave generation, timer/periodic interrupt generation, frequency division, and orthogonal position control.
