This module simultaneously acquires, processes, and analyzes up to four dynamic sensor signals (vibration, displacement, etc.) and two speed/tachometer inputs, enabling comprehensive condition assessment and rapid, reliable protective actions to prevent catastrophic equipment failure. It operates as a standalone protection controller or integrates seamlessly into larger distributed control systems (DCS) via dedicated I/O modules.
