Product Introduction

The GE D1063S is a single – channel DIN rail – mounted load cell/strain gauge bridge isolating repeater, serving as a galvanically isolated interface between load cells in hazardous areas and weighing indicators in safe areas. It supplies a fully floating power supply with remote sensing to hazardous – area load cells, isolates and repeats the mV – level bridge output to the safe – area indicator, and presents as a transparent single load cell to the indicator. It supports parallel connection of multiple load cells, has DIP – switch configurable voltage reference, and features field wiring fault detection with a red LED alarm. Certified for Zone 0/Zone 20, Division 1 inputs and Zone 2/Division 2 installation, it meets ATEX, IECEx, and EMC standards, ensuring safe and accurate signal transmission in explosive and harsh industrial settings.
