      • Temperature Adaptability: It operates stably within a temperature range of -5°C to 60°C, and can be stored in an environment with temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C without affecting its subsequent performance.
      • Humidity Tolerance: It can work and be stored normally in an environment with 5% – 95% relative humidity without condensation, adapting to the humidity changes of most industrial sites.
  • Function Features
    • Triple Modular Redundancy Architecture: Each of the 40 output channels is built with a TMR architecture. Three independent circuits perform the same operations and vote on the results. This design achieves high fault tolerance and isolates any single-channel fault to ensure accurate and continuous output of control signals.
    • Independent Power Group Configuration: The 40 output channels are divided into 5 independent power groups, with 8 channels in each group. Its front panel is equipped with LEDs for each channel to indicate output status and wiring faults, and module status LEDs to show health conditions and operational modes.
    • Precise Event Recording: The module supports on-board sequence of events reporting with 1ms resolution. It can accurately record the time of each output signal change event, providing reliable data support for subsequent system operation analysis and fault tracing.
