- Each input channel has galvanic isolation from other channels and the ground. The module can withstand 600V AC for one minute, and the input current limit is no more than 40mA under normal conditions and no more than 100mA in short-circuit situations.

The module is electrically compatible with standard HART signals. While collecting 4 – 20mA main process variables, it can read configuration parameters, diagnostic data, and multi-variable information of field transmitters through the same cable. This “one – cable dual – use” feature reduces wiring costs and provides strong support for equipment predictive maintenance.
- Hot – swap for Non – stop Operation
It supports hot – swap functionality. When a module malfunctions, it can be replaced directly without shutting down the entire system or disconnecting on-site wiring, power supplies, or communication cables. The new module will be automatically recognized and restore the original configuration after insertion, minimizing production downtime caused by maintenance.
- Intelligent Channel – level Diagnosis
It is equipped with front – mounted red and green LED indicator lights and real – time monitors the status of each input loop. It can quickly detect faults such as open circuits, short circuits, and over – range signals in loops, and report fault information to the central control system through the bus. This allows operators to quickly locate problematic channels and shorten fault handling time.
- Strong Anti – interference Capability
The dual isolation design between channels and between channels and the ground effectively prevents ground loop interference and high – voltage intrusion, avoiding signal crosstalk between channels. The configurable integration period can filter out process noise and power line frequency noise, ensuring the stability and accuracy of signal acquisition even in complex industrial electromagnetic environments.
- Hassle – free Calibration & Installation
The module and its matching terminal components do not require regular calibration, reducing daily maintenance workload. It is installed on the Compact 200 Series base plate and fixed with two screws, and supports local or remote connection of on-site wiring, adapting to different installation layout requirements.
