Description
- Technical Specifications
- Input Parameters: It is equipped with four sensor inputs and four temperature inputs. The sensor inputs support 2 – wire and 3 – wire accelerometers, velocity sensors and proximity sensors. The temperature inputs are compatible with E, J, K and T – type thermocouples, as well as 2 – wire or 3 – wire RTDs. The measurement frequency range covers 0.5 Hz to 200 Hz.
- Output Configuration: It is furnished with six relay outputs, four 4 – 20 mA recorder outputs and one dedicated buffer output. The dedicated buffer output can provide corresponding signals for each sensor input to meet the needs of signal transmission and secondary detection.
- Data Conversion Performance: It adopts 24 – bit ADC conversion technology, which ensures high – precision conversion of collected analog signals into digital signals for subsequent data analysis and processing.
- Communication Capabilities: It supports Ethernet, software – configurable RS232/485 serial ports and Modbus communication protocol. It also supports Ethernet/IP and Profinet industrial standard communication protocols. The optional Modbus gateway can directly transmit data such as static variables and event lists to Modbus clients.
- Physical Specifications: It has a net weight of 2.5 kg and physical dimensions of 20 cm × 25 cm × 30 cm, which is consistent with the installation size specifications of the 3500 series modules and facilitates integrated installation in the system rack.
- Memory Performance: It uses non – volatile memory to permanently store configuration files and system parameters. The stored information can be uploaded to a computer for modification when needed.
- Function Features
- Flexible Input and Output Configuration: Each sensor input can be configured through software to match different types of sensors. The relay contacts can be set according to the normal, alarm and dangerous states of any channel or channel combination. Any variable data of any channel can be transmitted through the recorder output, adapting to various monitoring and control requirements.
- Diversified Communication and Networking: It has network redundancy function, which maintains the continuity and integrity of data transmission when some network components fail. It also provides encrypted communication options to prevent data tampering and theft. Users can easily configure network parameters such as IP address through the software interface.
- Independent Operation and Easy Configuration: It supports an optional display and keyboard. The display can be installed 75 meters away from the monitor module. Users can view channel information and make small configuration changes through them. Configuration files can be created on a computer and downloaded to the monitor through the built – in Ethernet connection.
- Comprehensive Event Recording: It has a 200 – entry event list function, which can record the operating status events of the equipment and the monitor itself in detail. The internal counter and Modbus client/master time reference are used to generate time and date information corresponding to the events, providing accurate data basis for subsequent fault analysis.
- Independent Alarm Settings: Each monitoring channel can set independent alarm and danger set points. When the monitored parameters exceed the set thresholds, the module can quickly trigger the corresponding relay action to realize timely alarm and protective control.
- Application Scenarios
- Power Industry: It is deployed in thermal, hydropower and nuclear power plants to monitor key equipment such as steam turbines, generators and water pumps. It collects vibration and temperature data of equipment in real time. When abnormalities occur, it triggers relays to send alarms or start protective shutdown procedures to avoid major equipment damage and power supply interruptions.
- Oil and Gas Industry: It is installed on offshore drilling platforms, pipeline compressors and gas transmission equipment. It adapts to the harsh on – site environment and monitors the operating status of rotating machinery such as pumps and compressors. It links with the upper – level SCADA system to ensure the safety and efficiency of oil and gas extraction, transmission and processing processes.
- Papermaking Industry: It is applied to paper pulp machines, dryers and other key equipment in papermaking workshops. It monitors vibration and temperature changes during the operation of the equipment. It promptly alarms when problems such as bearing wear and abnormal heating of the dryer occur, preventing production quality defects caused by equipment failure.
- Metallurgical Industry: It works on rolling mills, blast furnace fans and air compressors in steel plants. It withstands high – temperature and dusty working conditions. It monitors the mechanical state of the equipment in the smelting and rolling processes. It triggers corresponding protective measures to avoid production line shutdown caused by equipment failure.
- General Manufacturing Industry: It is used in the production lines of auto parts, electronic components and other fields to monitor motors, conveyors and other auxiliary equipment. It realizes the integrated monitoring of the production line through connection with PLC and DCS systems, improving the stability and production efficiency of the production line.
