    • Input and Output Performance: It is equipped with 1 rotational speed input channel and 1 key phasor signal input channel. The input impedance is no less than 50 kΩ, which is compatible with most industrial sensors. It has 2 relay outputs for alarm triggering, with a contact capacity of 30V DC/2A, and can be optionally configured with 4-20mA or 0-10V analog output.
    • Rotational Speed Measurement: It can measure rotational speeds ranging from 0 to 30,000 RPM, with a measurement accuracy of ±1 RPM. It receives pulse signals from sensors such as 3300 XL 8mm magnetoelectric probes or photoelectric sensors to ensure accurate data collection.
    • Mechanical Indicators: It follows the standard module size of the 3500 series, approximately 80mm × 120mm × 30mm. It adopts a guide rail installation method with pluggable terminals, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly.
    • Environmental and Certification Standards: It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +65°C and has an IP20 protection level, requiring installation inside a protective cabinet. It meets API 670 standards for resistance to vibration and impact, and also complies with EMC compatibility requirements of IEC 61000 – 6 – 4. It also has optional ATEX/IECEx explosion – proof models.
    • Communication and Configuration: It realizes communication with the 3500 rack through a frame interface. When configured with communication modules like 3500/92, it supports Modbus RTU or TCP/IP communication protocols. It can be configured with parameters using Bently Nevada’s System 1 software or 3500 Configuration Software.
  • Function Features
    • High – Precision Measurement Capability: It achieves a rotational speed measurement accuracy of ±1 RPM, which can accurately capture the rotational speed changes of rotating machinery. The key phasor function provides a pulse signal per revolution, laying a solid foundation for precise phase reference and subsequent vibration analysis of equipment.
    • Flexible Alarm Configuration: It is equipped with 2 relay outputs for programmable overspeed and underspeed alarms. Users can set alarm thresholds according to different equipment operation requirements, and the relay outputs can flexibly switch between normally open and normally closed states to adapt to various alarm linkage scenarios.
    • Strong Sensor Compatibility: With an input impedance of no less than 50 kΩ, it is compatible with mainstream industrial sensors such as Bently Nevada’s 3300 XL 8mm probes and 7200 series photoelectric probes. This compatibility allows it to be matched with different types of sensors according to on – site needs.
    • Easy System Integration and Configuration: It can be directly installed on the 3500 series rack and communicates smoothly with the rack. The support for Modbus communication protocols facilitates its integration into various industrial control systems. The dedicated configuration software enables users to quickly complete parameter setting and function debugging.
    • Redundant Configuration Support: It supports dual – module redundancy configuration when combined with redundant power supplies of the 3500 rack. This redundant design enhances the reliability of the entire monitoring system, preventing monitoring interruptions caused by single module failures and ensuring continuous protection of key equipment.
  • Application Scenarios
    • Oil and Gas Industry: It is installed on offshore drilling platforms and onshore oil transmission equipment. It monitors the rotational speed of drilling rigs, pipeline compressors and centrifugal pumps. It complies with API 670 standards and can withstand harsh conditions such as vibration and temperature fluctuations, ensuring the stable operation of oil and gas extraction and transmission equipment.
    • Power Generation Industry: It is applied in thermal, hydropower and other power plants to monitor the rotational speed of steam turbines and generators. The key phasor function provides phase reference for vibration analysis of power generation equipment, helping technicians detect abnormal operation in a timely manner and avoiding large – scale power outages caused by equipment failures.
    • Petrochemical Industry: It is deployed in refineries and chemical plants to monitor rotating machinery such as gearboxes and reaction tower auxiliary pumps. Its explosion – proof optional configuration can adapt to flammable and explosive environments in petrochemical production areas, and the alarm function can promptly alert to abnormal speed of equipment.
    • Metallurgical Industry: It is used in steel plants to monitor the operating status of rolling mills and blast furnace fans. It can operate stably in high – temperature and dusty industrial environments. It accurately measures the rotational speed of equipment and provides data support for the preventive maintenance of metallurgical equipment.
    • Heavy Machinery Manufacturing: It is integrated into the testing process of large rotating machinery such as large – scale motors and pumps. It accurately measures the rotational speed of products during test runs and provides key phasor data, helping manufacturers verify product performance and optimize product design to improve the quality of finished products.
