Application Scenarios
- Commercial and industrial panelboards and switchboards
- Motor control center feeder and branch circuit protection
- Busway power distribution systems
- Industrial manufacturing and process control electrical infrastructure
- Data center power distribution units
Material & Construction
- Reinforced thermoset composite housing for high dielectric strength and impact resistance
- Silver-cadmium oxide contact material for superior arc resistance and electrical conductivity
- Precision bimetallic elements calibrated for consistent thermal trip performance
- Optimized arc chute design for efficient arc quenching and fault current interruption
Operating Principle
- Thermal protection uses bimetallic strips that deform under sustained overcurrent conditions, releasing the trip latch after a calibrated inverse-time delay.
- Magnetic protection uses solenoid coils that generate magnetic force to actuate the trip mechanism instantaneously during short-circuit fault events.
Installation Requirements
- Panel mount installation in standard electrical enclosures
- Torque all terminal connections to manufacturer-specified values
- Maintain sufficient clearance around the breaker for proper heat dissipation
- Coordinate trip settings with other system protective devices for selective coordination
Certifications & Warranty IEC Rated, CE compliant 1-year warranty from installation date or 18 months from shipment date, whichever occurs first
