Application Scenarios
DC motor drives for rolling mills, winches, extruders, printing presses, and pump/fan upgrades requiring reversible regenerative control.
Structural Characteristics
Free-standing panel-mount thyristor stack with control PCB, LCD keypad, heat sink, armature/field terminals, and auxiliary I/O connector.
Working Principle
Three-phase AC is rectified by phase-controlled thyristors into DC armature voltage. The control board regulates armature current and motor speed using feedback signals, while the field supply maintains constant excitation.
Installation Requirements
Panel mount with specified ventilation spaces. Fit input AC fuse/choke per manual (e.g., 160 A fuse, ≥50 µH choke). Use external high-speed semiconductor fuse on DC side.
Usage Precautions
Observe 40 °C ambient derating. Verify motor insulation and field winding before first run. Do not operate without proper armature fuse and surge suppression.
