Working Principle: The HMI runs a user-designed project (developed in Beijer’s iX or E1000 programming software) that communicates with PLCs or other controllers via serial (RS-232/422/485) or Ethernet protocols. Operator touches on the resistive screen trigger actions or data entry, while the display visualizes process variables, alarms, and status information.
Installation Requirements: Panel cut-out 139 × 105 mm. Mount in a control panel door or enclosure with ambient temperature maintained between 0 and +50 °C. Supply 20–30 V DC to the power terminals. Connect either serial or Ethernet communication cables to the target PLC.
Usage Precautions: This product is end-of-life—replacement parts and repair services are limited (Last Time Repair: December 31, 2022). Avoid operating outside the 0–50 °C range. The resistive touch screen should be cleaned with soft, non-abrasive materials. Ensure the powder-coated aluminium housing is properly grounded.
