Working Principle: When 24 V DC is applied to the coil, an electromagnetic field pulls the moving contacts toward the fixed contacts, closing the three main poles and allowing current to flow to the load. Removing coil voltage releases the armature via spring force, opening the contacts and de-energizing the load.
Installation Requirements: DIN rail mounting in a standard industrial control cabinet. Connect the three-phase load to the main power terminals and apply 24 V DC to the coil terminals. Ensure proper torque on all terminal screws.
Usage Precautions: Do not exceed 12 A at AC-3 or 20 A at AC-1. The contactor is open-type—it must be installed inside a cabinet with appropriate overload protection (such as a motor overload relay). Verify coil voltage is exactly 24 V DC. Maintain ambient temperature within -40 to +65 °C.
