Performance Parameters
16-bit resolution on all analog channels; 100 kS/s aggregate conversion rate; ±0.03 % FSR accuracy across the full operating temperature range; 90 dB CMRR at 60 Hz; 1500 V RMS channel-to-channel isolation.
Material & Structure
Compact industrial enclosure with gold-plated screw terminals, DIN-rail mounting form factor, optional IP65 field kit for harsh environments.
Working Principle
The module receives analog command signals (±10 V) and 4–20 mA feedback from sensors, conditions and digitizes them through 16-bit ADCs, applies software-configurable scaling and linearization, and outputs conditioned analog signals (±10 V) via 16-bit DACs to servo drives. Digital I/O channels handle discrete control and status signals. All data is exchanged with the master controller over EtherCAT/CANopen/RS-485. Galvanic isolation between channels prevents ground loops and noise coupling in electrically hostile environments.
Installation Requirements
-
Mount on standard DIN rail inside the control cabinet
-
Supply 24 V DC ±10 % (dedicated 2 A capacity recommended)
-
Connect analog I/O via gold-plated screw terminals (suitable for 500+ mating cycles)
-
For fieldbus communication, attach optional snap-on EtherCAT or CANopen connectors
-
Ensure ambient temperature remains within −20 °C to +70 °C
-
For harsh environments, fit the optional IP65 kit
-
Configure channel ranges and network parameters via the embedded web server or engineering software
Usage Notes
-
Do not exceed the 24 V DC ±10 % power supply limits or the 2 A max current draw
-
Use software-configurable ranges rather than hardware jumpers to match the connected sensor/actuator signals
-
Inductive or noisy environments benefit from the built-in six-stage filtration — no external filters required
-
Periodically verify calibration; the auto-calibration feature maintains ±0.03 % FSR accuracy, eliminating routine recalibration
-
Monitor the embedded web server diagnostics to detect signal degradation trends before faults occur
-
Keep the operating humidity within 5 %–95 % non-condensing to preserve the IP40 (or IP65 with kit) enclosure protection
