Application Scenarios
Petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, oil & gas, power generation, steel, automotive, food processing, textile, chemical processing, water treatment, and building automation systems.
Performance Parameters
Rated for continuous operation across the full −40 °C to +70 °C range; IP65-rated aluminum enclosure withstands outdoor and wash-down industrial environments.
Material & Structure
Rugged aluminum enclosure with corrosion-resistant finish; compact, sealed, DIN-rail compatible structure.
Working Principle
The module samples field signals via its analog/digital input channels, conditions and converts them internally, and transmits processed data to the controller over the selected communication bus (Ethernet/Modbus/RS-232/USB). Conversely, it drives actuators through its output channels based on commands from the controller.
Installation Requirements
-
Mount on standard DIN rail or panel-mount in a location with ambient temperature within −40 °C to +70 °C
-
Supply 24 V DC power with proper polarity
-
Connect field wiring to the appropriate I/O terminals according to signal type
-
Ensure grounding meets ATEX/IECEx installation requirements for hazardous areas
Usage Notes
-
Confirm the hazardous area zone classification matches the module certification before deployment
-
Do not exceed the rated output current of 3 A on analog outputs
-
Periodically inspect enclosure seals to maintain IP65 protection
-
Use only in environments consistent with the certified temperature and humidity range
