-
Output Signal: 4–20 mA (2-wire)
-
Power Supply: 10–30 V DC
-
Process Connection: G1/4″
-
Pressure Membrane Material: Stainless steel diaphragm
-
Housing Material: Stainless steel
-

Structural & Material Features:
-
Compact and rugged stainless-steel housing
-
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel diaphragm for long-term durability
-
Industrial-grade enclosure suitable for harsh environments
Working Principle:
The pressure applied to the stainless steel diaphragm causes a micro-deflection proportional to the pressure magnitude. An integrated Wheatstone-bridge strain gauge converts this mechanical deflection into an electrical signal, which is conditioned and transmitted as a standardized 4–20 mA current loop.
Application Scenarios:
-
Process control and automation
-
Chemical and petrochemical industries
-
Food and beverage production
-
Pharmaceutical manufacturing
-
Water and wastewater treatment plants
-
HVAC and building automation systems
Installation Requirements:
-
Mount using the G1/4″ process connection with appropriate sealing
-
Provide a 10–30 V DC power supply capable of driving the 4–20 mA loop
-
Route the output loop to a PLC analog input or indicator
-
Avoid mechanical shock to the diaphragm during installation
Usage Notes:
-
Ensure the measured pressure does not exceed 0.5 bar to maintain accuracy and avoid diaphragm damage
-
Use in environments within the transmitter’s rated temperature and humidity range
-
Periodic calibration is recommended for high-accuracy applications
