Features:
Extreme heat tolerance up to 220 °C cyclic; robust FRAM memory; IP68 sealing; ATEX‑rated for potentially explosive atmospheres.
Application Scenarios:
Tool identification in die‑casting, paint shops, glass production, automotive body‑in‑white, and other high‑temperature logistics.
Construction & Material:
PPS thermoplastic body, IP68 sealed, silicon‑free.
Working Principle:
Passive RFID: the tag harvests energy from the 13.56 MHz electromagnetic field emitted by an RF300 reader, then exchanges data via the RF300‑specific protocol.
Installation Requirements:
Can be mounted directly on metal surfaces (≥0 mm spacing). Use accessory holders for skid or shroud mounting.
Precautions:
-
Read/write operations limited to ≤110 °C; exposure above this only allowed when not being accessed.
-
Avoid physical shock beyond 500 m/s².
-
Verify reader compatibility (RF300R) and reader‑dependent range.
-
In ATEX zones, follow II 3G Ex nC IIB T5 constraints.
