Function & Feature Highlights
- Dedicated marine fire alarm system protocol conversion module, realizes seamless bidirectional data communication between Consilium Salwico series fire alarm main control panels and ship central monitoring alarm systems through Modbus RTU RS485 bus, eliminating communication data isolation between ship fire safety subsystem and ship integrated automation monitoring platform
- Real-time full collection of all operating state data of the ship fire alarm system, including smoke detector, heat detector, flame detector fire alarm trigger signals, detector circuit open-circuit/short-circuit fault signals, fire alarm main control panel power supply fault, battery backup undervoltage fault, system self-diagnosis abnormal state information; all types of alarm and fault data are automatically converted into standard Modbus RTU holding register data formats for reading by the ship central monitoring system
- Support remote bidirectional control command transmission from the ship central monitoring system to the Consilium fire alarm main control panel through the NSAC-1 module; remote control commands include fire alarm system reset operation, detector isolation/unisolation control, alarm sound mute control and system test mode activation, realizing full remote operation and state monitoring of the ship fire
- Built-in independent fault memory buffer chip, which permanently stores all historical fire alarm records, equipment fault logs and remote operation records without relying on external power supply. Historical data can be read remotely through Modbus bus at any time, supporting post-incident fire accident traceability analysis required by marine classification societies.
- Full compliance with IEC 60945 marine EMC anti-interference standards. The internal circuit is equipped with multi-stage ESD, surge and radio frequency interference suppression circuits to resist strong electromagnetic noise generated by ship main engines, frequency converters, radar and radio communication equipment, ensuring stable data transmission under harsh marine electromagnetic environment.
- Standard DIN rail quick snap-on mounting design. The bottom of the module is equipped with elastic metal buckle structure, which can be quickly installed and disassembled on standard 35mm DIN rails inside marine electrical cabinets without using additional fixing screws, greatly shortening on-site ship electrical installation and maintenance working hours.
- Complete marine safety certification portfolio including DNV, LR, BV and ABS. The product design fully meets the fire safety equipment technical specifications of international ocean-going cargo ships, passenger ships and offshore engineering platforms, and can pass the mandatory equipment inspection of all mainstream global ship classification societies.
- Front panel with multiple LED status indicator lights, including power operation indicator, internal fire bus communication indicator, Modbus RS485 bus communication indicator and system fault alarm indicator. Maintenance personnel can quickly judge the module operating status and communication fault location through the lighting state of LED lights without connecting external debugging software.
