Application Scenarios
Ship propulsion control system, offshore oil & gas platform automation, marine navigation & communication control unit, vessel alarm monitoring system, marine dynamic positioning auxiliary control cabinet.
Material Composition
Base material: FR-4 flame retardant PCB; Surface mount industrial grade semiconductor chips, tantalum capacitors, metal film resistors, industrial grade crystal oscillators; Gold-plated VME bus connector; Silicone insulation gasket for vibration damping.
Structural Characteristics
Standard single-width VME plug-in board structure; Vertical installation inside control cabinet card rack; Multiple fixed screw holes for anti-vibration fixing; Onboard edge connector for backplane connection; Separated analog and digital wiring zones on PCB to reduce crosstalk.
Working Principle
After receiving electrical signals from the backplane or field terminals, the module completes signal shaping, level conversion and protocol processing via onboard logic chips. Valid data packets are forwarded to target subsystems; at the same time, feedback signals from field devices are collected, conditioned and uploaded to main controller. Built-in filtering circuit eliminates clutter noise induced by marine high-power electrical equipment.
Installation Requirements
Install vertically inside standard VME industrial card rack; reserve 20 mm ventilation gap between adjacent modules; install anti-vibration fixing screws on four corners of circuit board; cable wiring must separate power cables and signal cables; avoid installing near frequency converters, large contactors and high-power motors.
Usage Notes
Strictly avoid static electricity contact with PCB components during maintenance; power must be cut off before plugging and unplugging; do not operate beyond the specified DC voltage range; prevent seawater mist, condensation and corrosive gas infiltration; regular inspection of connector pin oxidation; only use original replacement components for maintenance.
