- Broadcast storm suppression, avoid network crash caused by abnormal equipment packet flooding
- Hazardous location certification: Class I Division 2, ATEX Zone 2 for oil & gas site deployment
- Web GUI, CLI console, SNMP v1/v2c/v3 multi-mode remote management
Working Principle
Adopt store-and-forward switching architecture, identify industrial control data frame priority via QoS queue, separate control signal and ordinary data transmission bandwidth. Dual power supply monitoring chip continuously detect two power input status, automatically switch to backup power when main power fails. Built-in temperature sensor monitors internal operating temperature, trigger alarm relay when over-temperature threshold is reached. Supports IEEE1588 clock to realize microsecond-level time synchronization for distributed industrial control nodes.
Material & Structural Characteristics
- Outer casing: Cold-rolled steel sheet with black anti-corrosion matte coating, anti-scratch and dust-proof
- Port terminals: Gold-plated RJ45 contacts, anti-oxidation for long-term stable connection
- Internal heat dissipation: Natural convection heat sink design, no fan (fanless maintenance-free structure)
- DIN rail buckle: Spring steel metal clip, shock-resistant locking mechanism
- Circuit board: Conformal coated PCB to resist moisture, dust and chemical vapor corrosion
Installation Requirements
- Snap onto standard 35mm DIN rail inside industrial control cabinet, leave ≥20mm ventilation gap on upper and lower sides
- Dual DC power wiring recommended for redundant power supply, power cable cross-section ≥1.0mm²
- All Ethernet ports use shielded industrial CAT5e cable, single-point shielding grounding at cabinet ground bar
- Alarm relay wiring connects to external buzzer or PLC digital input module for fault signal collection
- Avoid installing adjacent to frequency converters, high-current contactors to reduce electromagnetic interference
- Sealed cabinet deployment must control internal temperature not exceeding 60°C
Application Scenarios
- Automobile production assembly line automation control network
- Power substation secondary equipment communication network
- Railway intelligent traffic signal control system
- Oil & gas field remote monitoring data transmission
- Intelligent warehouse AGV equipment communication network
- Water plant distributed PLC interconnection system
Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Do not block the casing ventilation slots, which will cause over-temperature shutdown
- Use only industrial shielded Ethernet cables; ordinary unshielded cables lead to packet loss in strong EMI environment
- Regularly export configuration to SD card for backup before equipment replacement
- Do not hot swap SD card during switch running, which may damage configuration files
- Ambient condensation environment must install heating strip inside cabinet to avoid circuit board short circuit
