Structural Characteristics

Modular split design: independent weighing sensing module, feeding drive module, electrical control cabinet module. The weighing sensor adopts flange mounting base with anti-overload limit stop structure to prevent accidental impact damage. Internal integrated double-layer shielding metal box to isolate electromagnetic interference from frequency converters and motors. Detachable hopper for quick disassembly cleaning without tools.

Working Principle

Adopts Wheatstone bridge strain gauge load cell principle. Bulk material weight acts on the sensor, causing tiny elastic deformation of the metal strain beam; strain gauges attached to the beam convert deformation resistance variation into weak analog voltage signal. The built-in high-speed ADC chip converts analog signals to digital values, and the main control CPU compares real-time weight feedback with preset feeding setpoints, dynamically adjusts feeding motor speed through PID algorithm to maintain stable constant mass flow rate. All abnormal weight signals trigger local alarm and remote fault output.

Installation Requirements

  1. Mount on horizontal solid steel base, horizontal tolerance ≤0.5°; avoid direct installation above vibrating equipment such as crushers, fans
  2. Reserve ≥150 mm maintenance space around control cabinet for wiring and calibration
  3. Signal cable must use shielded twisted pair, separate power cable and signal cable routing, minimum 30 cm spacing
  4. Equip independent stabilized power supply with surge protection module, prohibit sharing power with high-power frequency conversion equipment
  5. Install dust removal air purge device if deployed in high-dust chemical workshop
  6. Ground the unit separately with copper ground wire, ground resistance ≤4 Ω

Use & Maintenance Precautions

  • Do not exceed 120% rated feeding load for long-term operation; overload will permanently damage strain gauge elastic beam
  • Clean hopper and sensor contact surface every 8 working hours to avoid material accumulation leading to weighing drift
  • Avoid high-pressure water jet directly flushing the weighing sensor core; only wipe with damp cloth
  • Conduct full span calibration every 7 days of continuous operation; re-calibrate after material formula switching
  • Ambient humidity must be controlled below 85% RH without condensation; install dehumidifier in coastal humid factory
  • Replace fluorine rubber sealing gaskets every 12 months to maintain IP65 protection grade
  • Cut off power supply before disassembling sensor module; static discharge protection gloves must be worn during maintenance
