FAS FAS-113AD is a DIN rail mounted loop-powered analog signal isolation converter designed for industrial field signal transmission isolation. It receives passive 4–20 mA analog current signals from field transmitters, completes full electrical isolation and signal linear transmission, and outputs standard isolated 4–20 mA analog signals to DCS/PLC analog acquisition cards. Working Principle

The passive 4–20 mA signal loop from field transmitter provides operating energy for FAS-113AD internal circuit. Input current signal flows into isolation transformer primary winding; electromagnetic isolation transmission is realized through magnetic field coupling without direct electrical connection between input and output sides. The secondary winding circuit restores linear 4–20 mA standard current signal and outputs to control room PLC/DCS analog acquisition cards. Built-in surge protection components absorb instantaneous high-voltage surge on field wiring to avoid breakdown of isolation circuit. Temperature compensation circuit automatically corrects conversion gain deviation caused by ambient temperature change, ensuring output signal linear accuracy within full working temperature range.
