Working Principle

After connecting 24 V DC cabinet power supply, the built-in brushless DC drive circuit drives the plastic impeller to rotate at fixed 3100 RPM. The fan extracts hot air accumulated inside the cabinet and discharges it outside the enclosure, while cold external air passes through G2 dust filter screen and enters the cabinet to form directional forced convection heat circulation. The speed detection circuit outputs real-time pulse speed signal to cabinet monitoring PLC; when fan impeller is locked by foreign matter, internal locked-rotor protection circuit cuts off motor drive current within 2 seconds to avoid burnout. Anti-vibration rubber pads isolate motor rotation vibration, preventing resonance interference to precision analog signal modules in the cabinet.

Installation Requirements

  1. Snap-fit install the entire fan assembly on 120 mm square reserved ventilation window of control cabinet outer panel
  2. Install the fan in air-out direction to discharge hot air outwards; reverse air intake installation is forbidden
  3. Connect power wiring to 24 V DC cabinet auxiliary power with matched 2 A slow-blow fuse protection
  4. Tighten all four-corner fixing screws evenly to ensure the surrounding sealing rubber strip is fully compressed
  5. Reserve minimum 100 mm unobstructed space outside the cabinet for fan air exhaust circulation

Usage Precautions

  1. Cut off fan 24 V DC power before disassembling filter screen for cleaning to avoid accidental fan rotation injury
