ALCATEL FA111 is a rack-mounted industrial analog signal conditioning module developed for distributed process control systems. Working Principle
Field 4–20 mA two-wire transmitter analog signals enter independent channel isolation circuits through front terminals. Each channel passes through low-pass filter and impedance matching circuit to filter out high-frequency interference and eliminate ground loop offset. The isolated analog signal is sent to 16-bit ADC chip for digital conversion. After digital signal sorting and packaging, data is transmitted to DCS main controller via rack internal digital bus. Real-time fault detection circuit continuously monitors channel current range; if open circuit or short circuit occurs, fault LED lights up and fault information is uploaded to upper controller system synchronously. The reinforced isolation layer completely isolates field side and control cabinet side electrical circuits to prevent field surge voltage from damaging main control equipment.
