Working Principle
- AC/DC universal supply voltage input powers internal microprocessor timing control circuit and quartz crystal oscillator;
- Operator sets timing function mode and target time value via front panel adjustment buttons, parameter stored in non-volatile memory without power loss data clearing;
- After receiving trigger signal (power-on or external pulse trigger), microprocessor starts real-time countdown timing via high-precision crystal oscillator reference clock;
- LED digital display synchronously outputs real-time remaining timing value for on-site visual monitoring;
- When countdown reaches zero setpoint, internal SPDT relay coil energizes/de-energizes to switch contact open/closed state, output timing completion signal to downstream control components;
- Internal isolation circuit separates power supply loop and load contact loop to prevent load inductive back EMF damaging timing core chip.

Installation Requirements
- Mount unit vertically on standard 35 mm DIN rail inside sealed electrical cabinet, no horizontal or inverted installation;
- Input power wiring and load output wiring separated into independent terminal zones, avoid mixed wiring crosstalk interference;
- Wire terminals fully inserted into clamp screw base, no exposed copper wire outside terminal insulation;
- Cabinet internal operating temperature must not exceed +60°C; install cooling fan for high heat load multi-component cabinet layout;
- Inductive loads (contactors, solenoid valves) must be equipped with external freewheeling diodes or surge suppressors parallel to load coil;
- Maintain minimum 10 mm vertical clearance between adjacent timer relays for heat dissipation.
Usage Precautions
- Forbid installation outside closed electrical cabinet; open environment dust accumulation enters terminal gaps and causes short-circuit fault;
- Do not apply input voltage exceeding 240 V AC/DC; overvoltage destroys internal power supply circuit and timing microchip;
- Avoid continuous long-term operation at ambient temperature above +60°C; high temperature causes crystal oscillator drift and timing accuracy decline;
- Do not connect load current exceeding 8 A resistive / 3 A inductive to relay contacts; overload ablates silver contact alloy and disables switching function;
- Strong electromagnetic field (within 0.5 m of large contactors/inverters) must add signal shielding wiring to prevent timing value jump;
- Clean front panel button area only with dry lint-free cloth; liquid cleaning agent penetrates button gaps and causes internal circuit short circuit.
