Installation Requirements
- Cabinet cutout edge smooth without burrs to avoid scratching front panel silicone sealing ring;
- Four clamping brackets evenly tightened to balance front panel pressure, prevent local sealing ring extrusion deformation and water ingress;
- Power wiring uses shielded 2-core twisted pair cable, single-end shielding grounding at control cabinet terminal block;
- Ethernet/RS485 communication cables separated from high-power inverter power cables with minimum 15 cm spacing to avoid signal interference;
- Rear enclosure IP20 side must be installed inside sealed electrical cabinet, cannot expose to open workshop environment;
- Maintain minimum 30 mm rear wiring clearance for heat dissipation and cable routing space.
Usage Precautions
- Forbid direct high-pressure water flushing of front touch panel; high water pressure breaks silicone sealing ring and enters internal circuit;
- Do not apply voltage exceeding 28.8 V DC to power terminals; overvoltage burns internal power supply module irreversibly;
- Avoid installing unit within 1 meter of high-power frequency converters without signal shielding isolation; electromagnetic noise causes screen flicker and touch misoperation;
- Do not wipe front panel with strong acid/alkali chemical cleaners; corrosive liquid damages front plastic and anti-glare coating;
- RTC battery internal to unit has 5-year service life; replace battery regularly to avoid loss of timestamp function after power cut;
- Do not plug/unplug USB storage device during data logging writing process, sudden disconnection causes data file corruption.
