Working Principle
- Drive outputs three-phase sinusoidal alternating current to stator winding to generate rotating magnetic field;
- Rare earth permanent magnet rotor follows magnetic field rotation to output mechanical torque;
- A2525CD absolute encoder collects real-time rotor position, speed and multi-turn rotation data, transmits digital feedback signal back to AMK servo drive via Hiperface DSL bus;
- Drive executes closed-loop vector control, dynamically adjusts output current to maintain set torque, velocity or position target;
- Liquid coolant circulates through internal casting channel to continuously take away winding loss heat, stabilize winding temperature under long-term high-load operation.

Installation Requirements
- Mounting surface flatness ≤0.1 mm/m, flange contact surface free of burrs and foreign debris;
- Liquid cooling pipeline connection torque strictly controlled at 12 N·m to prevent coolant leakage;
- Hybrid power-feedback cable maximum length limited to 50 m with shielded wiring;
- Coolant inlet temperature must not exceed 35°C, inlet pressure 0.2–0.6 MPa;
- Encoder connector must be fully locked, avoid axial pulling force on wiring plug;
- Install filter on cooling pipeline to block particle impurities ≥5 μm.
Usage Precautions
- Forbid dry-running without coolant circulation; dry operation causes winding burnout within 5 minutes;
- Do not apply axial impact load to output shaft, rotor magnetic ring will crack under strong impact;
- Coolant must use deionized water, tap water causes internal channel scaling and heat dissipation attenuation;
- Encoder cable cannot be routed alongside high-power frequency converter power cables without shielding separation;
- Overload continuous operation exceeding 150% rated current for more than 30 seconds triggers permanent winding damage;
- After long-term shutdown, drain residual coolant inside motor channel to avoid internal rust.
