Description

Working Principle

Adopts flyback switching topology with active PFC correction circuit:
  1. Wide-range AC input filtered by common-mode EMI suppression circuit
  2. Active power factor correction stage adjusts input current waveform to minimize harmonic distortion
  3. High-frequency switching transformer isolates primary AC and secondary DC circuits
  4. Secondary synchronous rectifier converts high-frequency AC to stable 24V DC output
  5. Feedback sampling loop adjusts switching duty cycle to maintain constant output voltage under variable load
  6. Integrated protection logic triggers hiccup mode under overvoltage, overcurrent or short-circuit fault conditions

Mandatory Installation Specifications

  1. Mount with minimum 20mm clearance on all four sides for natural convection airflow
