Working Principle
- Smoke and temperature fire detectors transmit 4–20mA analog fire intensity signal to each input channel of WMX1000F90 control panel.
- Main control chip compares real-time detector signal with preset alarm threshold; when single/double channel signal exceeds threshold, enter pre-alarm state and activate local audible-visual alarm output.
- If fire signal persists beyond confirmation delay time, control panel triggers extinguishing output relay to open fire suppression agent storage tank solenoid valve, release foam/gas fire extinguishing medium.
- Diagnosis circuit scans all input/output wiring every 100ms; abnormal circuit state stored as fault code and uploaded to upper monitoring system via RS485 bus.
- Built-in backup lithium battery automatically switches power supply once AC mains power fails, maintain full system monitoring function for 72 hours continuously.

Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Only factory-certified explosion-proof maintenance personnel allowed to open cabinet cover; power must be fully cut off before opening explosion-proof cavity
- Do not replace internal circuit components with non-SIL2 certified parts, will lose explosion-proof and fire safety certification validity
- Inspect cabinet EPDM sealing gasket every 6 months; replace gasket once aging cracking or deformation found
- Regular test backup lithium battery capacity annually; replace battery if standby time shorter than 48 hours
- Do not install this unit in environment with corrosive acid/alkaline gas; corrosive gas will damage aluminum explosion-proof shell
- Clean cabinet surface only with neutral water-based cleaning agent, prohibit organic solvent wiping transparent observation window
