Working Principle
- Upper motion controller sends pulse positioning command or serial position target value to servo drive input terminal.
- Internal DSP chip calculates target motor rotation angle via electronic gear ratio, compares target position with encoder real-time position feedback signal to generate position deviation.
- Position deviation outputs speed command after position loop PI regulation; speed loop compares command speed with encoder speed feedback to output current command.
- Current loop adjusts IGBT power module output three-phase AC current to servo motor stator winding to control motor torque, realizing precise speed and position tracking.
- Diagnosis circuit continuously monitors DC bus voltage, output current and encoder signal; trigger servo disable and fault alarm when overvoltage, overload or encoder disconnection detected.

Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Disconnect AC input power for at least 10 minutes before disassembly maintenance to discharge internal DC bus capacitor residual voltage
- Do not connect absolute encoder power supply reversely, reverse voltage will permanently damage encoder chip
- Regularly clean heat sink grille dust accumulation every 3 months; dust blockage causes over-temperature frequent alarm
- If positioning jitter occurs, adjust position loop gain and low-pass filter parameters via front panel
- Avoid installation environment with conductive metal dust; metal dust entering drive internal circuit will cause short-circuit burnout
- Long-term standby power off recommended; continuous power on over 10,000 hours accelerates electrolytic capacitor aging
