Working Principle
Temperature sensor analog signal converted to digital temperature reading via internal signal conditioning circuit, compared against user-defined setpoint value. PID algorithm calculates corrective output signal to drive heating/cooling actuators, continuously adjusting output duty cycle to maintain fixed process temperature. Alarm logic triggers auxiliary relay when measured temperature deviates beyond user-programmed threshold.
