Working Principle
Field analog physical signals from pressure, temperature, flow sensors enter each isolated channel, pass through filter circuit to suppress high-frequency industrial noise, then deliver to 16-bit ADC chip for digital conversion. Converted digital data is buffered via onboard FPGA logic, transmitted through backplane parallel bus to system CPU module. Built-in diagnostic circuit continuously monitors input loop impedance to identify broken sensor wires instantly.
