Installation Requirements

- Connect both primary and redundant 24 V DC rack power feeds to module dual power input terminals
- Maintain minimum 30 mm vertical airflow clearance above and below controller rack assembly
- Route plant Ethernet communication cables separated from high-voltage power wiring with shielding partitions
Usage Precautions
- Only execute control logic program downloads during scheduled process shutdown for SIL safety loops
- Maintain backup redundant controller core module in hot standby rack slot for fault failover operation
- Do not install within cabinet environments containing conductive dust or continuous liquid vapor exposure
