Working Principle
Safety field signals (emergency stop normally closed contact, safety door interlock switch) access K9202B safety input channels, internal safety logic circuit continuously monitors signal integrity and wiring short-circuit state. When safety signal cut-off or cross short-circuit fault detected, control logic immediately cuts off all forced-guided safety relay coil power supply, relay contacts break to disconnect hazardous equipment main control loop; meanwhile fault state digital signal transmits to HIMatrix safety CPU via redundant communication bus for upper system fault recording and display.
