Working Principle
Ship engine room analog sensor signals enter each independent channel front signal conditioning circuit of JSTD-M15A card, pass through surge suppression and impedance matching circuit, then send to 10-bit multi-channel A/D conversion chip to convert analog voltage/current value to binary digital data. Converted digital signal transmits to rack backplane parallel bus, uploaded to ship main monitoring controller for parameter scaling, threshold comparison and engine operating state data storage.
Material & Structural Composition
- PCB substrate: Marine high anti-corrosion FR4 circuit board with full surface salt fog resistant three-proof coating
- Core conversion chip: Industrial grade multi-channel 10-bit successive approximation A/D converter
- Terminal components: Tin-plated copper screw terminals with anti-rust nickel alloy spring sheets
- Mechanical frame: Thin stainless steel plug-in card fixing frame with vibration absorption rubber pad
Advantage Highlights
- Strictly comply with international marine electrical equipment vibration and salt fog corrosion resistance standards for ocean-going ship engine room long-term operation
- Multi-channel synchronous sampling eliminates signal time difference error of main engine multi-point temperature monitoring
- Ultra-low power consumption reduces ship DC control power load and cabinet heat generation
- Hot-swappable plug-in design avoids whole monitoring system shutdown for single channel fault maintenance
- Dual 0–10 V / 4–20 mA input compatibility matches all standard marine pressure and temperature transmitters
Applicable Industries
Ocean-going cargo ship engine room monitoring system, container vessel main engine auxiliary parameter collection, offshore engineering platform power equipment monitoring, fishing vessel centralized safety monitoring cabinet, naval ship auxiliary machinery signal acquisition system
Installation Mandatory Requirements
- Install inside fully sealed marine control cabinet with dehumidification equipment to maintain internal relative humidity below 70%
- All field sensor wiring use marine shielded twisted pair cable, shielding single-point grounded at cabinet ground copper bar
- Fix plug-in card rack with vibration absorption rubber base to reduce hull navigation vibration transmission to PCB board
- Separate analog signal wiring and high-current power wiring wiring trough inside cabinet
Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Every 6 months inspect PCB surface three-proof coating integrity to prevent salt fog corrosion leakage
- Execute full channel signal calibration with marine standard signal calibrator every 12 months
- Avoid opening cabinet ventilation window during ship ocean navigation to prevent salt fog entering card surface
- When channel fault LED steady bright, inspect field sensor wiring first before card replacement
