Working Principle

Installation Requirements
- Module must be installed entirely inside non-hazardous safe-area control cabinet, cannot mount in Zone 0/1/21/22 classified hazardous locations
- Hazardous zone Ex-i sensor wiring must use light blue intrinsically safe certified cable, separated ≥ 50mm from non-intrinsic safe power cables
- DIN rail mounting vertical orientation only, inclination angle deviation ≤ 30°
- Cabinet internal ambient humidity controlled below 90% RH non-condensing

Usage Precautions
- Never connect non-intrinsic safe power supply or high-energy signals to Ex-i input terminals, will invalidate explosion-proof certification
- Do not modify internal circuit structure or replace isolation components with non-original spare parts
- Calibrate timing delay potentiometer only when module power supply is cut off
- If sensor signal LED keeps extinguished, inspect hazardous zone contact sensor wire open circuit first
- Do not install module within 20cm of high-power contactors or frequency converters to avoid electromagnetic interference timing deviation
