Working Principle
- Power Protection Mode: Three-phase line voltage signals pass through isolated voltage transformers, converted to DC sampling signals sent to main processor; processor compares real-time voltage with preset undervoltage threshold, triggers relay trip output when voltage is lower than setting value to cut off load equipment
- ESP Control Mode: Real-time acquisition of T/R transformer secondary electrical parameters, calculates spark frequency via embedded algorithm, outputs adjustable thyristor firing angle signals to control transformer output voltage; automatic power reduction during frequent sparking to avoid electrode breakdown, and outputs timing signals for ash removal rapper equipment
Advantage Highlights
- Unified hardware platform supports two major industrial application scenarios (power grid protection / flue gas emission control), reduces spare parts inventory cost
- Ultra-high anti-electromagnetic interference performance, stable operation under strong harmonic and arc interference environment
- Long service life industrial grade components, designed for 10-year continuous operation without regular component replacement
- Complete fault data storage function, retains 500 groups of historical fault records for post-failure analysis
- Modular plug-in design, single module replacement without system overall shutdown
Applicable Industries
Thermal power generation plants, waste incineration power stations, cement manufacturing factories, metallurgical smelting enterprises, medium-voltage power distribution substations, industrial flue gas treatment environmental protection systems
Installation Requirements
- Mount inside sealed industrial control cabinet, vertical installation angle deviation ≤ 15°, avoid direct air duct blowing on module surface
- Maintain ≥ 50mm heat dissipation gap above and below the module in the cabinet
- Separate power wiring and signal wiring into different wiring grooves, wiring distance ≥ 100mm
- Equip cabinet with temperature control fan when ambient temperature exceeds 45°C
- Connect cabinet grounding terminal to factory protective earth with 4mm² copper grounding wire
Usage Precautions
- Do not operate the module outside the specified voltage range, overvoltage will permanently damage internal sampling transformers
- All parameter modification operations must be recorded and backed up before adjustment
- Cut off all power supply before opening the module housing for inspection
- Do not use compressed air to blow dust inside the module, residual moisture will cause circuit short circuit
- If frequent fault alarms occur, inspect external voltage transformer wiring open circuit first before module maintenance
