Working Principle

Reciprocating linear movement of mechanical equipment pulls the coated stainless steel measuring wire; the wire drives internal spool rotation linked to optical incremental encoder. The differential line driver circuit transmits pulse signals to SIGMATEK DIAS PLC/axis control modules for real-time position calculation, stroke closed-loop positioning and motion homing. The constant tension spring automatically retracts the wire during equipment retraction to maintain consistent wire tension without sagging.
