Working Principle
Three-wire RTD resistance signals enter isolated signal conditioning circuits; internal precision reference resistors automatically compensate cable wire resistance error. Resistance value converts to digital temperature data via 16-bit ADC chips, linear correction executed according to stored RTD characteristic curves, temperature data transmits to rack main controller via ACN backplane bus. Hardware circuits continuously detect open-circuit and short-circuit faults of RTD sensor cables and trigger corresponding front panel alarm LED signals.
