Description
Product Description:
The Yuken AME-D-10-100-20 is a modular-type proportional pressure control valve from Yuken’s AME-D series. It is a direct-operated, solenoid-proportional relief/pressure reducing valve used in hydraulic systems for precise pressure regulation. The “D” suffix indicates a specific spool configuration, “10” denotes 10 mm nominal size, “100” indicates 100 L/min rated flow, and “20” specifies 20 MPa (200 bar) maximum pressure rating.
Technical Specifications:
- Type: Proportional Pressure Relief / Reducing Valve
- Nominal Size: 10 (CETOP 10 / NG10)
- Rated Flow: 100 L/min
- Maximum Pressure: 20 MPa (200 bar)
- Control Current: 0 to 700 mA DC (proportional)
- Voltage Supply: 24 VDC (±10%)
- Response Time: ≤ 30 ms (10% to 90% stroke)
- Hysteresis: < 3% of full scale
- Operating Temperature: -10°C to +60°C
- Fluid Viscosity Range: 10 to 400 cSt
- Weight: Approximately 1.8 kg
Construction & Materials:
- Valve Body: Aluminum alloy (ADC12), anodized surface
- Spool: Chrome-plated steel, lapped for tight tolerances
- Solenoid: Wet-type proportional solenoid, copper coil
- Seals: NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) standard, FKM (Viton) optional
- Connections: SAE 6-bolt or DIN 24-degree cone (depending on subplate)
Key Features:
- Proportional solenoid provides smooth, stepless pressure control
- Modular design: mountable on standard CETOP 3 subplate
- Built-in pressure compensator for load-independent flow
- Low internal leakage: < 0.5 L/min at 20 MPa
- Compatible with Yuken EP-Solo and PVG series proportional controllers
Applicable Industries:
- Industrial hydraulic presses
- Plastic injection molding machines
- Machine tool hydraulic systems
- Metal forming equipment
- Mobile hydraulic systems (cranes, excavators)
Installation Requirements:
- Mount on CETOP 3 (NG6) or CETOP 5 (NG10) subplate
- P, T, A, B ports must match system schematic
- Electrical connector: DIN 43650A (2-pin + ground)
- Filter upstream: 10 μm absolute (or better)
- Tank line backpressure: < 0.5 MPa
Usage Notes:
- Do not exceed 700 mA control current (will damage solenoid coil)
- Fluid cleanliness: ISO 4406 class 18/16/13 or better
- Zero adjustment potentiometer must be set at system commissioning
- Replace seals if internal leakage exceeds 1 L/min at 20 MPa
