Working Principle
Field equipment signals are accessed through external wiring terminals, filtered and protected by on-board circuits, then transmitted to the main control module via backplane bus connectors. The board completes signal shunting, conditioning and isolation to ensure stable data interaction between field devices and the control system.

Installation Requirements
- Install in standard industrial control cabinet with 19-inch rack
- Vertical installation only, tilt angle shall not exceed 5°
- Reserve ventilation gap of no less than 20 mm around the module
- Complete wiring connection before power-on operation
Usage Notes
- Strictly prohibit disassembly during power-on state
- Do not use in corrosive gas, dust-heavy and dripping liquid environment
- Conduct static discharge protection before touching the module
- Regularly check terminal wiring tightness to prevent poor contact
- Replace damaged modules with fully matched GE original parts only
