After the AC power input passes through the rectifier circuit, it is converted into DC power. The internal IGBT inverter unit converts DC power into adjustable frequency and adjustable amplitude three-phase AC power to drive the servo motor. The encoder feeds back motor position and speed signals to the drive in real time. The digital main control unit compares the feedback value with the given command value, adjusts the output PWM signal through PID algorithm, and realizes closed-loop control of speed, position and torque. When abnormal operating parameters occur, the protection circuit acts immediately to cut off output and trigger fault alarm.

- Adopt vertical mounting on metal panel or cabinet wall, keep mounting surface flat.
- Reserve upper and lower ventilation space for heat dissipation, no covering the heat sink.
- Separate power cables and signal cables during wiring, use shielded cables for encoder lines.
- Ground the equipment reliably per grounding specifications.
- Install in dry, dust-free environment away from corrosive gas and oil mist.
- Do not run under long-term overload condition beyond specified parameters.
- Cut off input power before wiring, maintenance and disassembly.
- Do not touch internal power components after power off to avoid electric shock.
- Clean dust on heat sink surface regularly to prevent heat dissipation failure.
- Stop operation and check immediately when fault code appears.
- Do not modify internal circuit structure without official authorization.
