Working Principle:

This product is a two-phase hybrid stepper motor. The stepper driver sends pulse signals and direction signals to the motor winding. The stator windings are energized in a specific phase sequence to generate a rotating stepping magnetic field. The magnetic field drives the rotor to rotate at a fixed step angle corresponding to each pulse signal. Each pulse corresponds to a fixed rotation angle of the motor shaft, so as to realize accurate position control by counting pulses. The motor maintains a certain holding torque after power-off to keep the load in the set position. It adopts open-loop control without position feedback components, and completes motion control purely through pulse command.

Installation Requirements:
