Working Principle:

Based on the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the servo drive outputs three-phase alternating current with variable frequency and variable amplitude to the motor stator winding, generating a rotating magnetic field. The rotating magnetic field interacts with the permanent magnet on the rotor to generate electromagnetic torque, driving the motor shaft to rotate. The integrated encoder collects real-time position and speed data of the rotor and feeds it back to the servo drive to form a closed-loop control system. The system dynamically adjusts the output current and frequency according to the set parameters, so as to realize accurate control of motor speed, position and output torque. The built-in temperature sensor monitors the winding temperature in real time to avoid burnout caused by overheating.

Installation Requirements:
  1. Adopt standard flange installation, ensure the mounting surface is flat and the fixing bolts are tightened evenly
  2. The motor shaft and the driven load must be coaxial to avoid radial and axial offset
  3. Reserve heat dissipation space around the motor, no covering or blocking the shell
  4. Wiring strictly follows the phase sequence requirements of power line and encoder signal line
  5. Installation environment shall avoid long-term exposure to corrosive gas and oil mist
Usage Notes:
  1. Do not run the motor under long-term overload condition to prevent permanent magnet demagnetization and winding burnout
  2. Regularly check the wear of bearings and the tightness of connecting parts
  3. Prohibit impact and knocking on the motor shaft and housing during use
  4. Keep the connector interface dry and clean to prevent poor contact
  5. When storing for a long time, place it in a dry and ventilated environment, and rotate the shaft regularly
  6. Stop operation immediately when abnormal noise, overheating or jamming occurs, and perform inspection and maintenance
