Working Principle

Analog signals from field sensors access each isolated channel. Signals are amplified, filtered and conditioned, then converted into digital data by high-precision AD chip. Digital data is transmitted to DCS main controller through backplane bus. The main controller calculates process parameters and realizes monitoring and control. The detection circuit judges signal abnormality and outputs alarm information.
